A good thorough spring clean for your computer, which includes:
- Virus and spyware scan, cleanup to eliminate anything nasty lurking in the background
- Full internal clean and check
- Hardware check. We'll ensure your computer is running for optimal performance and has the right components in place
- Software update. We'll install the most up-to-date software for maximum security
- Physical clean of dust build-up
If your computer is suffering from more serious problems, like infected files or corrupt programs, a complete re-installation of your operating system may be necessary.
In this instance, we recommend our Computer Overhaul service - which includes all the benefits of the Computer Tune Up PLUS:
- Backup of all your important data
- Re-installation of Operating System
Pickup and delivery of your computer from your office/home to our Tech Suite is also available at the additional cost of $20.00 + GST.

Our computer setup package is designed to get you up and running faster.
We'll sort out your email and Internet connections, load up the latest security and software updates and ensure your existing peripheral devices, such as printers and scanners, are setup correctly.
Plus, we'll be able to answer all your questions about your new computer, helping you get the most out of your new computer from the very beginning.
We can also help transfer your data from your old computer to your new computer for an additional charge. If you need us to visit your office, our on-site computer support incurs a minimum fee of $125 p/h + GST. An additional one-off travel fee of $20.00 + GST applies for all on-site support visits.
