24/7x 365 monitoring of your network and servers, to spot and manage potential problems before they become a major issue and ensure your machines are always running to the best of their ability.
This plan also enables us to perform certain maintenance tasks earlier than scheduled if necessary, preventing disasters and outages.
Monitoring with Maintenance
24/7x 365 monitoring of your network and servers PLUS scheduled preventative maintenance. This enables us to keep your technology secure and up-to-date, minimising the risk of potential failures and ensuring your systems continually run at optimal performance.
This plan covers the cost of monthly monitoring and maintenance on your network, servers and desktops, with support and additional projects charged at a discounted hourly rate.
24/7x 365 monitoring of your network and servers PLUS scheduled preventative maintenance, PLUS the reassurance of ongoing support and training whenever it’s needed.
This plan covers the cost of monthly maintenance on your network, servers and desktops, plus all regular IT support when required. Additional projects are charged at a discounted hourly rate.
Block Time Plan
A block purchase of hours may be more suited to your business IT needs. This agreement enables you to purchase a monthly allocation of hours, which can then be used for any of our services.
You could use your hours for:
Hours that are not used during the issued month are carried over but will expire 12 months after the initial purchase date. Any additional hours will be charged at an agreed hourly rate.
