We agree on a fee for all the work upfront so there are no hidden costs.

Initial IT Consultation

$500.00 plus GST
We spend a total of 3 hours face to face together. This allows me to learn more about you and design the perfect IT solution for you and your business.

Ongoing IT Consultation

$197.00 per hour plus GST
Following an Initial Consultation you may require further assistance from me, we'll agree on how many hours you may need to get the work done so there are no hidden costs.

Remote IT Support

$125.00 per hour plus GST
A minimum service charge of 15 minutes applies for all Remote support services

Onsite IT Support

$125.00 per hour plus GST
Onsite computer support incurs a minimum fee of $125.00. An additional one-off travel fee of $20.00 + GST applies for all onsite support visits.

Computer Tune Up

$215.00 plus GST
A good thorough spring clean for your computer.

Computer Overhaul

$315.00 plus GST
If your computer is suffering from more serious problems an overhaul may be necessary.

Achieve IT Computer Setup

$245.00 plus GST
